I'd been waiting for Jeep to release a Grand Cherokee with a 3rd row for a couple of years, so as soon as they did I knew I had to have one. I brought my dodge Durango SRT in for a routine oil change and did not have an appointment. They greeted me with open arms and said that was not a problem and took care of me immediately.
