Not Happy at all Vehicle went back to detail 2 times at delivery #1, 2 day negotiations.#2 Had to wait about 2 weeks for the second transponder key. #3 Had to reduce t Vehicle went back to detail 2 times at delivery #1, 2 day negotiations.#2 Had to wait about 2 weeks for the second transponder key. #3 Had to reduce the tire pressure down to 40psi from 51 (should have been done before delivery). #4 At 273 miles the adaptive crise control stopped working. #5 Had to schedule an so the dealer could activate features. #6 Bringing the vehicle in for features to be activated ( which should have been done before delivery), the Adaptive Cruise control failed again. #7 Vehicle still at dealer now 9 days, no one seems to know what's wrong. This vehicle purchase from the get go has not bee favorable. More

Pleasant, efficient and well-priced I was very impressed with the dealership and their staff. We had come to see a specific vehicle and we worked with Troy. Although it was very busy, he I was very impressed with the dealership and their staff. We had come to see a specific vehicle and we worked with Troy. Although it was very busy, he got keys for us so we could check out the van while he continued to move other customers through their sales. Troy was pleasant, helpful, not pushy and was able to give us a good deal on the used van we were looking at without a lot of back-and-forth. There was a small crack in the windshield and he made arrangements for that to be repaired at our home so we would not have to come back to Deland from Daytona Beach, and did so at no additional charge. Bob in the financial office was also very efficient, and let us know about warranty and service options without trying to push us into anything. We left the dealership with a RaceTrac gift card in hand, so we could fill up the tank on the way home. I feel like the staff was respectful of our time and kept the process moving. All in all a very good experience. I would definitely do business with them again. More
