He made my wife and feel very welcome and relaxed in handling this transaction. Also, I had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, the Customer Relatons Manager and the Finance Manager and everyone was extremely helpful. FYI, I spent the past 20 years working with senior executives of Forrune 500 Companies on the topic of Customer Experience and my experience with Troy Thacker deserves a 5-star rating. More
