Had exceptional costumer service and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Kept in contact with us as we were making a decision and wasn’t at all pushy. The customer service was impeccable. Beginning with Kayden. He was patient and a good listener. We laughed a lot. I look forward to meeting with Bert again next week as I stumble through all the gadgets on my new Forrester Sport. What a thoughtful benefit. The exact car I wanted happened to be on the lot.
