It used to be amazing and the last few times I went , it took forever, they used to wash the car inside out when we do oil change, but now no more, impossible to reach the service department on the phone took forever, they used to wash the car inside out when we do oil change, but now no more, impossible to reach the service department on the phone , I forgot my charger tried to call , left several messages/ till this day nobody called me back. I had to call Germaine, the sale man to have him check for my charger. Honestly . I don’t think I’ll use the service department for in the future. More

I like the service I get when I go there. Sometimes I wonder why it takes an hour + to do an oil change. I don't like the fact that oil changes now include a +/-$15 mandatory Fuel additive. Sometimes I wonder why it takes an hour + to do an oil change. I don't like the fact that oil changes now include a +/-$15 mandatory Fuel additive. I drive an 8 year old car, it has performed well without the additive. Looks like a REVENUE ENHANCEMENT for the dealership! More

I found the staff very helpful and considerate. I was helped immediately upon arrival. As I pulled up to the service bay door, I was seen and the door was immediately opened for me to enter. Tunde I was helped immediately upon arrival. As I pulled up to the service bay door, I was seen and the door was immediately opened for me to enter. Tunde greeted me at the service desk and already had my paperwork for the service I was having done. She showed me to the waiting area and pointed out coffee and beverages available. When the service was complete, My car was brought to the door ready for me to get in and head out. The car was a little wet from the car wash and Tunde proceeded to wipe the car down. This was appreciated but I felt not necessary. I was very satisfied with my visit to Hyundai of St. Augustine. Thank You. More
