First Time Leasing I entered the dealership intending to buy but wound up leasing for the first time. Turgo was my sales rep and showed me the Jeep Cherokee Limited. I I entered the dealership intending to buy but wound up leasing for the first time. Turgo was my sales rep and showed me the Jeep Cherokee Limited. I had a friend who referred me to Turgo and had a price point in mind. It was a very busy time when I was at the dealership and Turgo definitely had to multi-task serving myself and other customers at the same time. We made a deal and I initially was told to return in an hour to pick up the vehicle but when I returned, the timing was off and I had to return the following day. I went home feeling a bit unsettled since it was my first time leasing and I still had several questions. The next day I told Turgo my feelings and he set me up with Sean who went above and beyond to answer every question and take his time. Once the lease was signed, Turgo made every effort to ensure I was happy with my purchase, even returning the vehicle to customer service after glue was found on the console. In the end both employees were very good and I look forward to working with them again. Just a few things I would change are the following: I do not like that the dealership places silver stickers under the JEEP sign which spells out Bayside and when the new license plate was placed on the vehicle it was screwed in crooked, making a small hole in the brand new car behind the license plate rather than ensuring it was placed in the correct spot. OVERALL I would recommend both the employees and the dealership to friends. More
