I took my car to this dealership because the AC would work occasionally. When it's working it blows cold, but if you drive it, cut it off and restart, the AC stops working. Anyone with common sense knows work occasionally. When it's working it blows cold, but if you drive it, cut it off and restart, the AC stops working. Anyone with common sense knows that if the blower is not working, nothing is working l, not even the AC. Ty the so called service advisor and the technician that worked, or claimed they worked on my truck are the most unprofessional, incompetent couple I know. The customer service was horrible, they scratched the rear fender on my truck, then when I picked it up, I asked where the trucknwas parked, and Ty unprofessional self says, "it's out there" yeah along with a lot full of trucks. They are the worst service department on the east coast. I could have let a xxxxxx work on my car and received better results. My truck still is not fixed and I had to take it somewhere else to get fixed, and my truck is under warranty. They didn't want to fix my truck because it was going to be majority on them. Ty is a sorry person who doesn't need to be in customer service, he would do better as a garbage man. More

I took my car in for a service with an appointment. It needed to be diagnosed for a problem I was having. They recommended leaving it. I was a little leery since I had problems with a different dealer It needed to be diagnosed for a problem I was having. They recommended leaving it. I was a little leery since I had problems with a different dealer not working on my vehicle for 4 days, they completed it in 2 days. Service staff was exceptional. Ty kept me in the loop easily through text messaging. The other dealer did not even call me once. Thank you for the experience. More
