Come to find out there were loose and missing bolts on the cross members and the Germain Honda of Surprise service team took care of it as soon as they saw the issue. The Used Vehicle Sales Manager was very apologetic and made it clear that that is something that is not a usual occurrence and made it a point to do a once over on my truck before I picked it up. They have an amazing sales team and a wonderful service team! Highly recommend visiting this dealer when looking for your next vehicle! More
