Yesterday we did a Costco referral to look at a Honda CRV. The referral sent us to Germain Honda in Surprise. We received a call about an hour later from Terry Ford, the sales manager. We scheduled an appointment with J.P. to look at cars that same morning. We really were just going to browse. When we arrived J.P. was finishing up with another customer and so Colin showed us around. The service we received from Terry, Colin and then later with J.P. was exceptional and extremely professional. We have bought many cars over the years, but this was the best buying experience we have had. No pressure, just chatting about cars with friends. And yes, we bought a new car at a very reasonable price and were delighted with all of the people we interacted with including the finance manager Ty. This is the place to go if you are in the market for a Honda. More
