TY was very professional, i asked questions and he gave straight answers. He scheduled for a loaner auto and it was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. Oil change at Jenkins! Someone came out to my car when I arrived. Took all my information and told me me it would be about 1 hour wait. 50 minutes later the car was ready. The service attendant explained about all the procedures done on the car and that everything was great. Pleasant, polite staff. More
