03DEC21 After my first contact with Chrissy and telling her my story - (my car had been totaled, the rental reimbursement was closing the next day and I had been looking at vehicles - delivery by the end o her my story - (my car had been totaled, the rental reimbursement was closing the next day and I had been looking at vehicles - delivery by the end of the month or into December - I would have to pay for the rental out of my pocket for 3 weeks, so I needed a vehicle), I received a callback from Ty telling me a vehicle was available. I was interested. The next day, I called Ty back, and asked if I could take a test drive. He sent Matt to my workplace during my lunchtime and we took the drive - I went from 85-90% buying the car to 92-99% buying the car. When I called Ty again, I explained I was waiting for an insurance check to get the down payment; he said we could still make the deal - the dealership would "cover" $2500 of the $3000 I would put down and allow me to pay them back with the insurance check money. WHAT!?!?? What dealership does Anything like this? In This economy? They had never met me; why would they trust me for that????? But they did, I paid them back, AND I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR what they did!!! I pray God blesses all four employees the way they blessed me! More

My salesman, Bill Betzner, listened to my needs and requirements in a new car, followed up weekly (and there were many weeks before the car was delivered), and ultimately went listened to my needs and requirements in a new car, followed up weekly (and there were many weeks before the car was delivered), and ultimately went over many new features once I was sitting in the driver’s seat.
