My sales rep, Ty, was wonderful in helping me to find a car. I was frustrated coming in, having been to 2 other dealers and wasn’t too hopeful at that point. She was very sweet and answered all my concerns and was honest and upfront. Not pushy and not shady like other dealerships. She showed me a Nissan Kicks and I fell in love! We worked on paperwork and I planned to pick the car up the next day. However, there was a snag in my financing paperwork so I was delayed a week and a half. That was disappointing but Ty was great about keeping me informed on the status. I was finally able to go pick the car up a couple days ago and give Ty a huge hug!
