He works with you to get a very good price, very pleasant throughout the process, trustworthy and honest. He will tell you the best that he can do, no need to go back and forth (and typically this will beat any other prices elsewhere), give you his honest opinions on options and trims. I shopped prices in half a dozen different dealers and online. Ty was the best price, quick service (took him 15 mins to get all my stuff done). After that he sent me to Jeff in Finance and he was also very quick and got me out the door all within an hour. I highly recommend Ty. More

Cerritos had one on transit, though the site was a day old and not updated to that very day, Ty Trieu from internet correspondence, offered 2 cars that fit the build in their inventory. One was the top of the line Touring Hybrid with Gray Leather interior, another was the model Ex-L hybrid with black leather interior. Obviously the top of the line Touring is the choice! Spoken to many dealers from Scot Robinsons, Carson, DCH Gardena, Long Beach and Signal Hills. They all congratulated me to finding the car in the inventory. We even looked for Lincoln MKZ. We made it easy for Ty when we came in. Thanx to both Ty and Amir. Congratulate you on the sale! Very Happy with the car! Ty you forgot the all-weather mats but we got it the next day! :D More

Ty Trieu was amazing, straight forward, no shenanigans! A+ Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos is now my recommended go-to for vehicle purchases. Prior to visiting this location in Cerritos, I had bee Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos is now my recommended go-to for vehicle purchases. Prior to visiting this location in Cerritos, I had been communicating with or visited several other Honda dealerships in the OC and LA county. Based on my experience, Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos is head and shoulders above all the others I interacted with. Having visited other Honda dealerships, I was left disappointed and frustrated with the car shopping process. Other dealerships sent me response emails to my car shopping questions with very limited information, repetitively responding with "are you ready to schedule a test drive?" or "are you ready to schedule an appointment at the dealership to discuss your questions?" I also found that some of the other dealerships either only offer vehicles with over priced add-on packages (security systems, all season mats, wheel locks, nitrogen tires etc) or they will tell you there is a price mark-up for vehicles with a certain color exterior or interior. Norm Reeve's Honda of Cerritos was very straight-forward with me, both via email and while at the dealership. I let them know that I needed a specific vehicle model in a specific color, with No dealership add-on packages, just the factory vehicle. I was still a little cautious upon my arrival due to my past experiences with other dealerships, but here in Cerritos, I was blessed with the opportunity to work with Internet Sales Manager, Ty Trieu. Ty was very down to earth, friendly, professional and straight forward. He had the exact vehicle that I needed, as claimed, no dealer-add ons and a great price. Ty was not pushy at all and was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. I wish every dealership could have a Ty Trieu, because it would definitely change the stereotype that is often given to the car purchasing experience at dealerships. The amount of people sitting in the dealership's financing area will give you an idea of how this Cerritos location compares to others. I went on a Saturday and there were a ton of customers sitting in the finance area, working on completing their purchases. This tells me that this location must be selling a lot of cars. It was night when I got to the financing area, so I did have to wait over an hour before a financing rep took me into their office, but despite the long wait, it was an overall great experience. I am very happy with my purchase and Ty even emailed me a couple of days after my purchase, just to see if I had any questions and that I was hopefully enjoying my new vehicle. Thank you so much Ty Trieu for your 1st class customer service, professionalism and friendly nature! Give that man a raise! More
