He was fast to respond to e-mail and gave us a good deal on the car we wanted. We were coming from out of town, about 4 hours drive, he let us check out the car and take it for a test drive. The most commendable characteristic of Ty was his efficiency! From the moment we arrived to all of the paperwork we had to do, it only took about 2.5 hours. Now that is fast, when my brother bought a car it took about 5+ hours to get everything done. More
