Great buying experience I loved their internet pricing. If it weren't for that, I would have bought elsewhere. Also, Ty and Frank were pleasant to deal with and were very str I loved their internet pricing. If it weren't for that, I would have bought elsewhere. Visit Ty Trieu I went to a few dealerships before purchasing my vehicle. Ty Trieu at Norm Reeves in Cerritos is definitely the guy to see. He was very straight forwa I went to a few dealerships before purchasing my vehicle. Ty Trieu at Norm Reeves in Cerritos is definitely the guy to see. He was very straight forward and did not try the typical car salesman tricks. He started off by checking if they had my vehicle (which isn't as common as you think) and then without hassle beat my best price. Ty was honest and a pleasure to work with. He genuinely wanted me to have the best car buying experience. Ty was very knowledgeable, mentioning features that I didn't know were available in my car (3 other test drives). If you're shopping for a car definitely spend a few minutes to talk to Ty first. He'll respect your time and most likely be able to save you some money. More

Excellent pricing with honest and friendly service We did hours of research using TrueCar, Consumer Reports New Car Price Report, and other rating sites for Honda dealerships in my area and indeed we c We did hours of research using TrueCar, Consumer Reports New Car Price Report, and other rating sites for Honda dealerships in my area and indeed we can see why Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos is rated so high. The pricing on our 2014 Accord EX automatic was so low that at first we were at first suspicious because we read reviews how some dealerships play tricks once you visit the dealership. After reading the positive reviews about Norm Reeves it gave us the confidence to make the visit. We worked with the Internet sales manager, Ty, and he provided friendly and patient service. We test drove an Accord but wanted another one and Ty drove us to their off-site "warehouse" to get the Accord that we wanted and he patiently drove around to find that car. When we went to sit in Ty's office it was very friendly and pleasant experience--no push for any options that we didn't want on a standard Accord EX and he honored his Internet quote pricing without any problems. Even the finance department was good to work with as there was no excessive hard sell for add-ons and we got the super low American Honda financing on the new car. Ty called us the next day to check up on how we were doing with the new car and even answered questions we had a few days later very promptly. Overall we were very satisfied with the sales process and the excellent pricing--it makes us definitely recommend to our friends and family to make this dealership one of the top choices to buy a Honda vehicle. More

I gave Ty five stars for all of his help. he was very friendly and patient took the time to show us lots of cars without making us feel rushed. I have been to other dealers and their customer service was friendly and patient took the time to show us lots of cars without making us feel rushed. I have been to other dealers and their customer service was not half as friendly as Norm Reeves! I would definitely recommend anyone with bad credit to come here and check it out I am sure that Ty can help you drive off the lot in a new car! Ty made this process very easy and didn't waste our time like other dealers. More
