Discovered this dealership is very dishonest having put inferior parts in our truck including junkyard parts but charged us for new. The new owner of this dealership Jason Hooe lied to us and was verbally abusive. We can not recommend this dealership for sales or service. If I could give this guy 0 stars I totally would. They lied to me a bunch of times about what was even going on with my vehicle. At this point I am definitely owed compensation for the loss of income that my wife suffered during this whole period of time they had my vehicle. I removed my vehicle from the premises and took it to a dodge dealership in Joplin MO, and they had it fixed within 2 months. I am still waiting to hear back from Jason Hoee on how they are going to make it right but Im not going to hold my breath on that by any means. I could keep going and going about all the issues and whatnot but I'm sure y'all get the gist of it. Definitely not recommended to bring your vehicle here to get serviced. you may not get your vehicle back for a year. Oh, and while I was in line trying to get my vehicle back, I talked to another customer who was retrieving their vehicle from a motor swap due to the motor being blown. they only had his car for 3 weeks. The only good interaction I had while retrieving my vehicle on Aug 4 2025 was the sales manager came out and calmed me down after Ty Turney said what he said to me. that was it nothing else was good about dealing with these people. And yes Jason Hoee I am still waiting patiently for any kind of response to the proposed course of action to make this right. More

I brought in my new 2025 RAM 1500 Laramie for warranty work on four specific concerns, with an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. By 3:14 PM, I called for an update and was told that a technician still ha work on four specific concerns, with an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. By 3:14 PM, I called for an update and was told that a technician still hadn’t started work on my truck. I arrived at 3:38 PM to pick it up, and the service manager, Ty, confirmed they hadn’t gotten to it yet—despite the dealership being open until 6:00 PM. The issues I reported were not complex and should not have required a full day. While my purchase experience at McLarty Daniel was excellent, the lack of follow-through and communication from the service department was disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. I agree with other reviews: the service department needs serious evaluation and improvement. I recommend bringing in an outside consultant to help raise the bar on customer service. More

The service department is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00, showed up at 09:30 and checked in. The advisor informed me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my vehicle I scheduled an appointment for 10:00, showed up at 09:30 and checked in. The advisor informed me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my vehicle back. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. At 12:00, I still havent seen my vehicle and no one came out to talk to me. I went to the service counter and spoke with the advisor to get an update about my vehicle. The advisor went to the shop and came back to tell me it was going to be another 1.5 - 2 hours longer before they could get to my vehicle because they were short handed. I left with my vehicle not being serviced and my entire morning being wasted. Also, all of the advisors have poor customer service skills and act annoyed when someone comes to the counter. More
