Originally from Eastern Washington, grew up on a farm and later as a Navy dependent. Served in the US Air Force as an accountant. Began as a service porter in Seattle WA., practiced as a warranty administrator, assistant service manager and as a service manager at two stores with the last one for fifteen years. Have three daughters and a son, with my son and youngest daughter playing sports for Prosper schools. My wife of eighteen years is also in the automotive business and works for one of our competitors.

Service was really great as always. I had a new service advisor from the one I previously had when I formally came in for service on my Tundra. The gentleman who helped me this visit wi I had a new service advisor from the one I previously had when I formally came in for service on my Tundra. The gentleman who helped me this visit with the RAV4 which replaced my Tundra, which I loved by the way. It has been a challenge to become accustomed to such a small car. The RAV4 is good with all of new safety features. I really miss my Tundra though. More
