After dealing with a few dealerships trying to buy a used car in New Haven County and being totally up front with both salespeople and finance managers about past credit issues, my wife and I were treated un car in New Haven County and being totally up front with both salespeople and finance managers about past credit issues, my wife and I were treated unfairly at these other dealerships. However, this all changed when my wife and I decided to take a chance by seeking out the services of Premier Kia in Branford! Upon meeting the salesperson Tyler at Premier Kia and explaining to him about our credit history, Tyler took a refreshingly different approach. He was open to hearing of our circumstances and focused on providing excellent service in determining how best to accommodate our needs while working within the confines of our situation. Tyler showed us cars that both met our specification request and that were within our price range. He went above and beyond in answering any of our questions, not hesitating to provide us with detailed information including giving us comparison analysis between the pros and cons of the various vehicles we looked at. After narrowing down our choices and deciding upon a vehicle we were interested in, we proceeded to the test ride phase. Again Tyler was thorough in the information he provided us while never pressuring us in any way nor trying to influence us in our decision to lean in a particular direction with respect to purchasing. Upon returning from our test drive, we met the Sales Manager Mario who was also polite, respectful, non-pressuring and extremely informative about the purchasing of a used car by someone with past credit issues such as ours. Additionally, he made my wife and I feel very comfortable throughput the entire financing process. During the final phase of the process, we sat down with Juan the Financial Sales Manager who again was understanding and respectful of our situation and supported us with quality, helpful and nonjudgmental informative service throughout the entire process to obtain financing for the purchase of the car we were interested in buying. You honestly cannot find a better team at Premier Kia! In closing, I would like to say to Tyler, Mario and Juan that my wife and I sincerely thank you for treating us with compassion, respect and understanding making our complete car buying experience with Premier Kia professional.
