Took my vehicle for a diagnosis. As I expressed that I could the work myself. Rob was totally fine with that decision. My paperwork stated that the tech attempted to tighten the coolant lines. Indeed there is no way to tighten said lines. My family and I have done a lot of work with City Ford. I am very unpleased to find the stuff done was not done. More
