I was able to get an appointment within a week for service. I was not able to get my car in for the appointment so they had someone pick it up. My car was fixed within hours. I also had an issue picki service. I was not able to get my car in for the appointment so they had someone pick it up. My car was fixed within hours. I also had an issue picking up the car when the service was completed. It was 4pm on a Friday night and I wanted to have my car for the weekend. Tyler offered to send me a Lyft courtesy of David Dodge. I was amazed of how smoothly the entire process went. I have to be honest I wanted to take it to the Dodge dealer closer to my home but I am glad I didn’t. Tyler did a great job with the entire process. Thank you! M. Volpi More
