Very professional. Dealer closer to home was clumsy. Took truck to closest dealer thinking it would be convenient if they knew what they were doing. Truck there all day with no communication and when I went to pick it up had not been looked at and no one seemed to know what status was or when they might get to it. Went back to David Dodge even though a little bit of a ride since I bought vehicle there and have never had a problem. Still waiting for parts to complete repairs but so far so good More
