DuPont Overall service representative were very polite, understanding. When I first scheduled the appointment for the DuPont, I was told it would take about Overall service representative were very polite, understanding. When I first scheduled the appointment for the DuPont, I was told it would take about 4 hours. When I called to check on my Jeep, was told something totally different. It was frustrating. I was not prepared to leave my Jeep for 9 hours. I was actually leaving town after the appointment. I did get a call the Jeep was done a 1400, said they rushed it. I can’t only hope that the DuPont was applied correctly. More

Thermostat issue Needed thermostat replaced and received instant service service when the CEL remained on. I was able to bring my vehicle to David Auto where Tyler Ba Needed thermostat replaced and received instant service service when the CEL remained on. I was able to bring my vehicle to David Auto where Tyler Barlow, currently a service advisor, immediately diagnosed the problem and had a tech replace the part. Temperature of the engine is now back to normal thanks to the emergency service visit. More

Service Tyler & Carol Went in for service as the front tires were showing excessive wear “ cupping “ at 5.5 K. When I got there Carol said I was overdue for an oil change. Went in for service as the front tires were showing excessive wear “ cupping “ at 5.5 K. When I got there Carol said I was overdue for an oil change. I had it changed. Later I went to the manual it said 7.5 K. Not a good start for your service department. They checked the alignment and said it was spot on, and moved the back tires to the front. Now I ask you if at 11 K and the now front tires show excessive wear “ cupping “ do You put 4 new tires on???? Please let me know what my Alternative is. More

Quick and painless They got me right in at my appointment time and only took about an hour. I can tell you from experiences elsewhere that isn’t usually the case. Wel get back to ya Leased a 19 ram on a Wednesday. Come Monday truck wouldn’t shift out of first gear. Had it towed to David Dodge about 3pm. I’m given a rental to take Leased a 19 ram on a Wednesday. Come Monday truck wouldn’t shift out of first gear. Had it towed to David Dodge about 3pm. I’m given a rental to take home. I’m told I’ll get a phone call later in the evening or tomorrow letting me know what’s going on. Come Tuesday evening still no call. I call David Dodge and am told the truck still hasn’t made it into the garage. Again I’m told I’ll receive a call tomorrow with an update. Received no call Wednesday. Come Thursday still no call. I call David Dodge and am told they still don’t know what’s wrong with it but they have their 8 speed tech checking it out. Come Friday still no call so I call David again. By now they know my name on the caller Id and answer the phone addressing me by my last name with the dreadful line of we’re still working on it. Finally by Friday afternoon I’m told the truck is ready for pick up. The service form I received stated they found nothing wrong with the truck and cleared all the error codes. Took 5 days for that and put 15 miles on the truck. They told me how sorry they were about it and to prove it they didn’t even bother topping the gas tank off. No worries they only had the truck longer than I had at that point. Service department needs to take a lesson from the sales department. More

Wonderful Service Center I dropped my truck early afternoon the DAY BEFORE my scheduled appointment, as that was the only time I could get a ride home. I knew I would need to I dropped my truck early afternoon the DAY BEFORE my scheduled appointment, as that was the only time I could get a ride home. I knew I would need to have the shuttle pick me up on the day OF my appointment. To my astonishment, Tyler (Service Rep) called 2.5 hours later advising my the repairs for recall notices was completed. . . THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. Astonished! Everyone is very friendly. Drop off took 4 minutes, at worse. Pick up . . . within 7 minutes, I was on the road again. The Service Center has the routine down pat. More

I had spoken to the service manager on the phone and he assured me all my needs would be met meanwhile when I meet him face to face he doesn’t even acknowledge me and doesn’t even get off his xxx to see how any customers were doing. Too busy playing on his phone. Service there sucks and there is no other way to put. Had a great buying experience with Brian but service has changed my mind completely on ever buying another dodge. More

Frustrated, beyond pissed off, worst service received This was the worst service received from David Dodge. Went in for an oil change and recall update and left with my truck covered in oil (YES, COVERED This was the worst service received from David Dodge. Went in for an oil change and recall update and left with my truck covered in oil (YES, COVERED IN OIL) inside and out of my truck. Unfortunately, I did not notice the oil all over the engine compartment until I got home. I did see and brought it to the attention of the ladies behind the counter. I asked to have my steering wheel at least cleaned, no one seemed to care at all. I am sorry, but If I just left your service department, you should have cared at least a little. When I got home and really looked over my truck I noticed oil all over the side of my truck, the front of my truck, on my running boards and when I opened the hood.... OMG, complete mess... What did the service guy bath in the stuff. So, needless to say I was not happy as well as my husband was not happy. My husband (Alfred) called and requested to speak with the service manager, I believed he spoke with Bob. Bob was very nice and apologized and said he knew who the service person was that worked on my truck and said he would speak to him. Bob also offered a free oil change for the next time. It was nice that Bob offered the free oil change and sounded this he cared. But, still I am NOT HAPPY at all with the treatment my truck as will as I was treated when I said something about having oil all over the inside of my truck. I have been taking my vehicles to David Dodge for a while now, I left another dealer ( the dealer I purchased all my vehicles from) because of the bad service I received from them and came to David Dodge service because I always received good service. But now I am soured by this and am not sure what I will do when I need service in the future. More
