A very good experience. I had a great experience with this dealership. On my original visit, my wife and I were casually looking at the used cars. After a few minutes, T I had a great experience with this dealership. On my original visit, my wife and I were casually looking at the used cars. After a few minutes, Tyler approached and asked if anyone had helped us yet. I explained that we were just beginning to look for a different vehicle and actually didn't even know what we wanted and just wanted to look. He said he'd be there if we had any questions. He stayed away and we looked at everything from small cars to vans. A freshly washed new van arrived on the lot and we began to look even though a van was probably not what we needed. We did get in though and asked Tyler some questions about it. There was no pressure whatsoever, and he realized that we just wanted to look. We also looked at a used Camry Hybrid. I asked a few questions, and moved on. Later, I researched a little online and became more interested in the hybrid. We came to take another look a week later. Tyler wasn't there, but Dylan came right out. I told him we had talked to Tyler, but he said, " We help each other out." He offered us a test drive. It was an awesome car by the way. We took a test drive, even though it was nearly closing time. Dylan was very helpful. (Now I learn that he is going to Australia! Congratulations Dylan!) Well, I thought more about the hybrid and came back on a Monday only to find out the car had been sold on Saturday. It was raining very hard. We talked to Tyler quite a bit about financing and leasing options and he was very helpful. He pulled a RAV 4 and a Camry up to the door so that we could look them over without getting too wet. As we were walking around the showroom, I couldn't help but notice the good looks of a red Toyota Corolla. My wife and I both sat inside and it seemed very comfortable and was a lot closer to the size of our previous car. It had a nice big discount on the price and the rest is history. Tyler explained all the leasing and financing options and the benefits of both. We ended up leasing for my first time ever. Every person I have spoken with at the dealership has been extremely friendly and helpful. When we leased the vehicle, they pulled it into the service area. We traded our 2001 Honda, and we were getting our things out. Everyone seemed like they were all happy about all of it. Tyler was helping to switch the license plate over. My wife asked, "Does anybody know about phones? A guy said he did. He used her phone and took a picture of us next to our new car. More

The conversations with the employees were informational with the key purpose of trying to fit a car to the means and liking of the buyer and while they wanted to make a sale there was no pressure on the buyer to buy. Love my 4 Runner I received a letter stating that Sunshine was interested in my 2008 4 Runner.I replied to the email questioning if they were serious. He would get very We have always been die hard Honda buyers, however, our current CRV's ride was too bumpy for my husband after he had brain surgery. He would get very sick. We wandered into Sunshine Toyota and Tyler worked diligently with us over the course of a couple of weeks to find the perfect smooth riding car to meet his needs. We settled on a used Highlander and love it. My husband was able to go visit our Grandchildren for the first time in two years, and celebrate the first birthday of our youngest. The thing we liked about Tyler was that he came across as real, sincere, and did not try to put pressure on us to buy. We really appreciated that. We would definitely recommend Sunshine Toyota.
