I was in and out quicker then what I was told which is unusual for a dealership. The gentleman who sold me my 2020 Honda back in September (Miles) was there and came and spoke to me and made a point to assure me that anything I need or any problems I might be having to just let him know and he would take care of it. My experience with Shottenkirk Honda has been a pleasant experience overall and Thank You to a Great Team!!! More

From my advisor, to the shop Forman and technician who worked in my car, they provided excellent, genuine customer service. Allowing me to bring my cat inside while I waited, and got me back in the road safely in less than 30 minutes. Thank you gentleman. It always warms my heart when a Honda Service department shows such excellence. More

My salesman, Alex Bearden was very professional and NOT high pressure in facilitating both my lease and their purchase of my vehicle.. The finance gentlemen, Nick Primiano and Brett Miller both answered my finance questions and leasing questions with proficiency and friendliness.
