I received fantastic service by a great group of employees at Jaguar Sarasota. My Service Advisor, Tyler, was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and make the normally stressful ac employees at Jaguar Sarasota. My Service Advisor, Tyler, was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and make the normally stressful activity of getting one's vehicle serviced a breeze. Tyler was very positive, attentive and friendly. He explained to me what happened to my Jaguar F-Pace SVR and had the auxiliary radiator replaced immediately and my SUV was ready before noon the same day. Normally, at other dealerships parts have to be ordered and it's a multi-day process but at Jaguar Sarasota it was same day. The whole team is friendly and attentive to all the customers who entered. I enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to working with the team in the future. More

We stopped in to have a rear light replaced on our leased Range Rover. While waiting, decided to look at what was available. We liked the Range Rover, however, wanted a vehicle with 6 cylinders. Tony was ver Range Rover. While waiting, decided to look at what was available. We liked the Range Rover, however, wanted a vehicle with 6 cylinders. Tony was very helpful and showed us everything they had. He even worked out a deal for us to pay off the lease early and apply that toward buying another vehicle. He showed us a limited sport edition 2020 Jaguar F-Pace. It was in mint condition with only 5000 miles. As we weren't really looking to buy, he was able to help work out a sale we were comfortable with. A couple of days after buying we discovered an issue with a sensor that was triggering warning messages. Tony not only was able to get the issue resolved quickly, he was kind enough to drive 45 minutes to bring us a loner, take ours in for service and bring it back when if was resolved. Both Tony and Andy were exceptional to work with, and we will happily recommend Wilde Jaguar to anyone. Don Jones & Hisham Sahom More
