I walked in on my lunch break, with little time, and happened to speak to Kenny, asking if I could just look in the car. I was prepared to push back against a pushy, demanding car salesman, but I never had to! Kenny was respectful of my time, offered me his business card and asked me to contact him if I wanted to explore it more. Two days later I purchased the car. In those two days, Kenny remained respectful of my time, showed patience with me as I went through the decision making process, and I never felt pressured by him. As stressful and draining as car buying is, Kenny and the staff at Fred Anderson Nissan made this experience as smooth and painless as it could be. More

Kenneth Wyatt made sure that I was selecting a car I absolutely wanted and h My experience at Fred Anderson Nissan was positive from beginning to end! Kenneth Wyatt made sure that I was selecting a car I absolutely wanted and had a very warm and patient demeanor with me. He went out of his way to not just "sell me a car" and allowed me time and patience as I weighed through all options. Kenneth also offered encouragement and feedback throughout the whole process. Tyler Boyajian was also very accommodating and helpful throughout the process as well. He gave me a more than fair price for my trade in and really advocated for me and what I needed in my new car. I was treated fairly throughout the whole process and all employees I encountered were professional and polite. I can't thank Kenneth and Tyler enough for getting me into a beautiful car that has everything I wanted. More

Rob was wonderful by answering my questions and when I called back a couple of more times with more questions; he quickly returned my calls and always had the answers. We made the drive to Asheville to meet Rob and test drive the vehicle. Rob was very helpful and patient with us as we drove the vehicle and checked out all the car's accessories.. We decided to buy the vehicle and sat down with Rob and Tyler Boyajain to discuss our trade-in. In the past, buying a vehicle is a process we dread; however, Rob and Tyler made it FUN!
