Since I live a few hours away, I wanted to ask several questions before we made I called Rob Hermann about a vehicle they had listed on the internet. Since I live a few hours away, I wanted to ask several questions before we made the long drive. Rob was wonderful by answering my questions and when I called back a couple of more times with more questions; he quickly returned my calls and always had the answers. We made the drive to Asheville to meet Rob and test drive the vehicle. Rob was very helpful and patient with us as we drove the vehicle and checked out all the car's accessories.. We decided to buy the vehicle and sat down with Rob and Tyler Boyajain to discuss our trade-in. In the past, buying a vehicle is a process we dread; however, Rob and Tyler made it FUN! We laugh and smiled our way through the process and they made purchasing a vehicle a wonderful experience. 2019 Murano Platinum I just want to say that Jeff Parton saved a purchase. We were originally talking to used car salesman, Matthew Parish. Well Mr. Parish got very pushy I just want to say that Jeff Parton saved a purchase. We were originally talking to used car salesman, Matthew Parish. Well Mr. Parish got very pushy on 4/12/19 and started offering money for our car when we told him we were going to post it and sell it. So on 4/12/19 Matthew Parish ending up texting and saying he would give us a certain amount. Well we didn't want that amount, so he ending up saying that if he got a higher amount would we come in today (4/12). At 5 p.m that day, Matthew text us saying that he couldn't do the larger amount for our car that he originally said he could. He said his used car manager (Tyler Boyajian) wouldn't let him. Meanwhile, we were on the way to make the deal. When we got there we spoke to the used car Manger (Tyler Boyajian) and showed him the messages from Matthew Parish. That's when Jeff Parton was introduced to us. Jeff was a super nice guy from the start. He went right away and got the new Murano and brought it to us so we could drive it. We didn't have time to do much on Friday, so we took the car home for the night. Saturday 4/13, we came back and was immediately greeted by Jeff. Once the paper work got started we were Introduced to Zain. Zain didn't want to help us much, because he said " there is no wiggle room" to do anything or remove any necessary fees. Although, Zain was nice, you could tell he was strictly business. Kind of had the feeling it is what it is with, Zain. Finally the deal was set and we signed papers. Jeff by our side the whole time. We went to the last step and that was with Mr. Mike Duncan. Super nice and funny guy. Mike Duncan took however much time we needed to think about our decisions. He had great conversation during our time with him. Meanwhile, Jeff took the car to get it washed and topped off with gas. Finally we were officially done with all the paper work and could walk outside to have our picture taken with the new car. Jeff and Mike Duncan was the coolest two guys of the whole experience. I would totally recommend Jeff as a salesman in the future. If it wasn't for Jeff we would not of purchased from Fred Anderson Nissan. More
