Customer service was great BUT, there are a few items I was dissatisfied with. The largest being once I got my vehicle home after a "tire rotation" the same tire that had been showing low pressure was show was dissatisfied with. The largest being once I got my vehicle home after a "tire rotation" the same tire that had been showing low pressure was showing to be in the same exact location on the car as it was prior to the paid tire rotation. This leads me to believe that the rotation was infact not completed. The second matter is not a big one, but in my experience it is something that dealerships have always done. When the vehicle is brought in for service they usually check fluids and all of that during a service call and if there a lights on the dash these fluids are filled. Maybe this is not the case, but I was surprised to the dash light notification was still present for windshield wiper fluid. More
