I'm a bit annoyed. I had made a 2pm appt for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 1:50 pm and they didn't bring my car into the garage until 3 I had made a 2pm appt for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 1:50 pm and they didn't bring my car into the garage until 3:15. I understand there can be some delays, but what's the point of making an appointment if they are going to be an hour late in even starting the service? More

I think Joanne is a really good advisor. She apologizes for delay in waiting to get checked in when I came 3/8 for my oil change. She also made the next appointment for the service Recall for 4/18. She was very helpful and courteous. I can’t say the same for Tyler when I came in for service for the Recall. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service he provided while my car was dropped off on 4/18 and was not finished till Tuesday 4/22.
