I was very pleased with the service. I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. Only negative thing is that when I try calling back few times couldn't get threw I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. Other than that it was excellent and I love the videos they sent for the work done on the cross track. More

The Service Department staff is friendly and very professional. Each staff member takes the time to listen to my concerns and then effectively communicate them to the technician who will work on my professional. Each staff member takes the time to listen to my concerns and then effectively communicate them to the technician who will work on my vehicle. I like the ability to make an appointment for service online, at my own convenience, and not stop what I'm doing during the day to make a phone call. Plus, I can express in writing the work I want done. The videos of the technician finds with my vehicle are a nice touch and something I really appreciate. More

Just had my car serviced. That experience was great. I was given a review of Subaru by a friend who said they left during the buying process because they were so turned of That experience was great. I was given a review of Subaru by a friend who said they left during the buying process because they were so turned off. I went there anyway. I should have listened to my friend. The salesman was....ok. Not the most professional person. The manager on, which was one guy, had a few peoblems getting us our paperwork. They were stressed, and it showed, which is why this review is as nice as it is. They need to train more people to be able to perform at their highest level with absenses if personell. This is all a personal preference and a review based more on personality than the sale, but I will say again it could have gone better. But... it also could have been much worse. More

I have been driving for over 50 years and this was by far the best auto service visit I ever had.
