Tyler Day was the Sales Consultant who provided me outstanding service. I told him what type of vehicle, along with the safety features, I needed for my teenage son. He checked his inventory and informed me there was nothing available at his dealership. He however located one arriving within a few weeks from Japan and I was able to reserve it. The day the Corolla Hybrid AWD arrived at the dealership, I immediately signed all the necessary papers with the Financial Director, Tonay Chowdhury (a fellow military veteran) who explained it all to me. The next day I drove it to my son's High School to pick him up. My son could not believe it. He was so overwhelmed with joy. Of course he started to show it off to his classmates. Anyway, he loves the vehicle, is driving it safely and taking good care of it. Thanks to Tyler and Tonay, I made that one day a special event that my son will remember forever.. More

I recently purchased a new SUV from Tyler Day at Heritage Toyota (Catonsville, Maryland) and give both Tyler and Heritage a five-star rating. From our initial contact, through-out the information gathering and sales process, Tyler provided top-notch customer service. This included Tyler gaining an understanding of the requests and requirements that I had in my search for a new vehicle, as well as Tyler sharing his knowledge and experience that assisted in finding a vehicle to match my needs. In addition, Tyler’s honesty, integrity, and positive demeanor stood out and were greatly appreciated during my purchase. Due to Tyler’s helpful and straight-forward approach, I fully understood and received all that was requested and agreed upon. Based on my recent purchase experience, it is also notable that Tyler’s natural customer service qualities extended beyond the purchase of the new car and included his assistance with future service related questions, applications setup, plate installation, etc. In summary, I would highly recommend Tyler and Heritage Toyota be considered to assist in a search for a new car or related car needs. I had the pleasure of having Tyler as my salesman and it was the easiest car purchase experience I've had in my life. Tyler was very courteous and also straight forward , no greasy slick back hair trying to sell me nitrogen in my tires or trying to price gouge me on my new 4 runner like the clowns at jerrys toyota . Tyler gave me a price on a text message and that price never changed . After all the research I did for a lunar rock 4runner trd premium with kdss suspension no one out there could beat his price. My wife and I are very happy with the decision we made to buy our first new vehicle ever from heritage and Tyler. We will continue to refer him to all friends and family. He's proof you don't have to be a greasy slimeball to make a great salesman. More

Tyler Day and the sales staff will make promises to make the sale despite having no will to actually follow through on them. After test driving a vehicle I noticed a crack in the front grill. Tyler assured me that he will have the service department fix it instead of taking money off the purchase price. 2 months later they have still not replaced the grill and I am put on hold every time I call or put to voicemail. Avoid this dealership and salesman at all costs. More
