Wow these guys really treated me great today..Shout out to Charlie and Tyler...I wasn't expecting to be driving from here in a new 2020..Tyler was awesome .I was greeted immediately and before I knew it t to Charlie and Tyler...I wasn't expecting to be driving from here in a new 2020..Tyler was awesome .I was greeted immediately and before I knew it they got the deal done...I didnt have to wait long to purchase my new vehicle...Charlie made sure I was satisfied with my purchase...This is my second go around with rt 33 Nissan...I love this place and its professionalism..These guys made me comfortable why they worked their magic..Great experience More

The Old Bait & Switch Saw a used 2006 Chevy Tahoe online advertised for $8k. Drove over an hour to go see it. When we arrived, we noticed the sticker price on the window sa Saw a used 2006 Chevy Tahoe online advertised for $8k. Drove over an hour to go see it. When we arrived, we noticed the sticker price on the window said $18k. Ok. Strange. So we talked to a salesman and he told us that we have to “qualify” for some discounts... So the price was not $8k. The Tahoe was in bad shape. Rust all over under the doors and bumpers were completely rusted out. The salesman let us take it for a test drive. Even worse. Drove like the truck needed to be decommissioned. I noticed the check engine light from the passenger seat. My buddy was driving and hadn’t noticed it. The only reason why he didn’t notice it was because of the black electrical tape covering it from the drivers point of view. When we confronted the salesman, of course they denied it. They didn’t know anything about that. Nope. We ain’t the suckers your gonna unload trash onto. Steer clear of this dealer. Bad business practices. Completely dishonest. Seems like they only are about $$$ and not the safety of the customer. Do yourself a favor and just avoid. I’m gonna file a complaint with the BBB and county consumer coalition. More

New Owner, Best experience! I came in to see what option I might have since My new job has me travelling more. I went in with a lease and thanks to the hard work of Matt, Tyler, I came in to see what option I might have since My new job has me travelling more. I went in with a lease and thanks to the hard work of Matt, Tyler, and Mike D. I was able to leave as an owner of a 2018 Rogue. This was the fastest and efficient experience I have had. I've waited hours at a dealer and this experience (even during a holiday sale) was my best by far. Thank you so much for working with me to help get a card at a rate that's affordable to me! Highly recommended! More

Return to dealer Had to return to dealership a couple of times after buying a car. Passed by manager and salesman both times only a couple weeks later and both did not Had to return to dealership a couple of times after buying a car. Passed by manager and salesman both times only a couple weeks later and both did not ask about the car or how I liked it. Couple of weeks earlier they helped me buy a car very fast. Guess friendliness applies during sales only. Had to return two times to address the issue. Love my car! More

An Unexpected Great Experiience My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T. More
