Sam was amazing during this entire experience. My car was totaled and I had to jump through insurance hoops prior to bringing home my new car and Sam was very patient with me during this process. He also took a lot of the load off my shoulders with working with the DMV so I didn’t have to go there or talk to them on my own. Sam is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, considerate, and o would highly recommend working with him for your next car! Tyler helped me figure out my warranty and all the finalizing of the paperwork. He was also very patient and kind with me while I waited for insurance to get back to me. He was easy to talk to and very kind! Kailey was awesome during the delivery of my car. She recommended the All-weather floor mats, which we’ve purchased in the past and did it again.because living in upstate New York it really saves your carpet! We worked with Tyler Foster in finance and made what is usually the most stressful part of the process so comfortable and pleasant. Tyler is very calm and extremely knowledgeable.
