Very disappointed in my experience trying to purchase a Mustang. Among some of the add on costs was one for $899 for mobile clear shield, described as "a protective film applied on the handles of the vehi Mustang. When asked them to remove the film and the charge they offered to reduce the charge to $488, but later recanted on that offer and added the charge back on for $899 when I attempted to make one last attempt to purchase the vehicle. I had intended to purchase this car as well as a Corvette Z06 and or Corvette ZR1 from Jim Ellis dealerships over the next year. I have placed all purchases on hold for now saving me $200,000+. More
