I have been coming to chase for years for service as well as vehicle purchases. I have always been happy with Chase until a recent visit where my oil filter and drain plug were not completely tightened and t as vehicle purchases. I have always been happy with Chase until a recent visit where my oil filter and drain plug were not completely tightened and threatened the motor of my commemorative edition ss camaro. I spoke with Tyler he was very understanding and was quick to try and make the situation right. I will continue my service because for years it’s been flawless. I’m still happy with chase and understand accidents happen and luckily nothing bad happened to my collector car.
