and I could not have had a worse experience. When I first called to explain what was wrong, he argued with me about it. When he should have said, "su

Instead, he asked me if I was using the rear defroster correctly. When someone just purchases a car less than a month ago, and they are having an issue, you shouldn't argue with them, you should tell them to bring it in.

Nice canned response. No, you have done this exact same thing to me before, and I was talked into believing that this place had changed, and they assured me this wouldn't happen again. I know many other people who refuse to buy cars and have them serviced with you. Friends and family say "yikes" I refuse to go there, I defended your dealership for a long time. But I won't do it any longer. People spend a lot of money on cars, and it's time for you to treat them better. When they are having an issue with their cars, act like you care instead of being condescending and treating them like what's happening is all in their heads.
