Do not go to this place for service, I worked with Tyler and I could not have had a worse experience. When I first called to explain what was wrong, he argued with me about it. When he should have said, "sure, bring it in and take a look at it." Instead, he asked me if I was using the rear defroster correctly. When someone just purchases a car less than a month ago, and they are having an issue, you shouldn't argue with them, you should tell them to bring it in. More

I've been to a few different Jeep dealerships over the years and I have to say this has to be the best one so far. Tyler especially was very kind, accommodating, and great at his job. It is always very cl years and I have to say this has to be the best one so far. Tyler especially was very kind, accommodating, and great at his job. It is always very clear to me when dealerships try to upcharge me when I get service jobs done and this dealership was not like that at all. They even washed my car after the service was done, which seems like such a small thing but it made a huge difference to me in terms of customer care. I am very relieved to know that I can keep coming here for the next few years! More
