The water leaked into my car due to the negligence of the dealership. The car was in your possession you were aware of the leak and took no steps to prevent the damage. The car was dropped off to have the ignition switch changed AND to have the sunroof looked at. The water sitting in my car for almost month is 100% due to the negligence and blatant disregard of the staff at Volkswagen.
