160,000 Service Visit I was at the dealership for my 2015 VW Jetta's 160,000 mile service. I usually deal with Tyler in Service. My dealing with him I feel have been hone I was at the dealership for my 2015 VW Jetta's 160,000 mile service. I usually deal with Tyler in Service. My dealing with him I feel have been honest and upfront with the types of recommended services that my vehicle requires. Tyler is also very good at making the services affordable. He applies all of the discounts afforded by the dealership. Pricing for servicing my Jetta is so affordable, that it does not make sense to go to a national chain where their technicians are not familiar with my car or any published VW service bulletins. Plus Executive Volkswagen has the $69.95 oil change special. At that price, it only makes sense to go back to the dealer. Executive Volkswagen also has Saturday hours that work great for me, since I literally live a mile and a half from them. You can trust Tyler, Skip, and the rest of the crew in service. 30K service and oil change The service was completed in the timeframe which I was given. I had some service questions which were answered in a manner which I iunderstood. I had some difficulty with using my defroster and Skip explained and came in my car with me and showed me. In the past, I have also had Vanessa and Tyler help me who were equally very helpful and pleasant. The dealership has serviced quite a few of my cars in the past. More

I've been going here since 2010 with my 2002 Jetta. I love it, it's very personable and the people here actually care (almost feel like family). Mark Gentile helped me trade in my 2002 Jetta for an 09 Jetta which I kept for like 6 yrs. I ended up getting my new Passat elsewhere because Mark wasn't there, however I will always return for the services. After my service guy retired, Tyler took over and he's been an excellent help, very honest. Now that he's moved up, my go to person will probably be Skip. I would recommend that they implement more programs like a point system for discounts or something similar to what they had before with the oil changes (ex every 4th is free) More
