I made an appointment with the internet sales manager, asked to see a specific car, test drive it, liked it and bought it. It went about as smoothly as possible. The only hiccup occurred when trying to get the military reduction in the sales tax. Because they don’t it often, it took some time to convince them of my residency status. Other than that, I recommend this dealership for an easy, fair, and efficient car buying process. More

Continuous issues with my CERTIFIED PREOWNED vehicle. Already had to bring it in twice for repairs; they tried to blame a PIECE OF POPCORN for somehow breaking the vent clip off underneath the seat. Popc Already had to bring it in twice for repairs; they tried to blame a PIECE OF POPCORN for somehow breaking the vent clip off underneath the seat. Popcorn that wasn’t there when the issue first started, and when it was diagnosed by the dealer the first time. Yet. When I brought in for the repair a week later, they now tried to blame a couple kernels of popcorn my daughter had spilled 2 days prior. Guess she time traveled back in time. And the popcorn somehow has enough force to break off a clip….. Now having SIGNIFICANT GPS issues. Made an appt for 1.5 weeks after it started (which was the same day the returned the car to me after the vent clip repair…. Maybe the timing is just a coincidence) and dynamic signs issues. Was told it would need a day. My ride wasn’t able to pick me up, and I have a CHILD. Oh, and this is a car I pay for…. When I called to ask about a loaner, I’m told there’s a “months long” waiting list…. Odd, since I just got a loaner without issue 2 weeks ago. Apparently I should just keep driving a car with significant location issues, or just walk from Seymour to north haven daily to bring my daughter to school, or pay for Uber/lyfts. All while still paying for the car I bought as a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED. The dynamic signs issue beeps and dings constantly. Extremely distracting and dangerous while driving. And no way to turn it off. The service manager? Great question. Completely inaccessible; never there to speak to in person or on the phone. What. A. Mess. More
