I would expect to have $1400 returned to me for the change in cars. I understand that we changed our mind - but putting 20 miles on a car does not justify a beating of $2800. My next car will not be purchased at Corwin. I called ahead of time and came in at 8:30 Monday morning hoping to stop the deal so we could purchase a different car. We then spent $5000 more on a Limited RAV 4 vs. an XLE. Corwin came out ahead twice.
