The sales person lied, I got the run-around. We had a price quoted for a vehicle, then after agreeing to it, were told it wasn't possible. We were told a small increase might be necessary, but they agreed to accept a check as a hold on the one we wanted, with the understanding they would not cash it until we came to a final agreement. They then changed the price, twice. They changed vehicles on us, twice. We were passed from one sales agent to another. We finally decided we didn't want to go through with this purchase, and asked for our check back. The check they assured us they would NOT cash/deposit. It was already deposited, evidently within hours of them saying they would not deposit it. It took several hours and multiple phone calls, and I have been told we will have to wait at least 10 business days for the check to clear for us to get a refund. I insisted instead I would put a stop-payment on the check and they can pay any stop payment fee, since they failed to follow-through on their promise. They insist they have no idea who would have said they would not deposit the check. I asked to speak to the general manager, and was assured he would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 2.5 hours ago. I have since called back twice, waited on hold, and left 2 voicemails. I have yet to speak with him. I don't trust them. I will never use them. I will tell anyone who will listens to never go there. They lie. More

I was telling my banker friend with Courtland Back about an absolute HORRIBLE experience I just had with a high pressure car dealer in Cuyahoga Falls. He told me - and this are his EXACT words - that buying at Haasz would be the best car buying experience I ever had. And he was absolute spot on. I met Kevin and Tyler - who both spoke with me as if we had known each other for years. Then my wife and I met Ray Miller, who spent a great deal of time asking us questions to determine what we were looking for - a GREAT and challenging accomplishment because we both really did not know ourselves what we wanted ! After showing us 4-5 vehicles, we settled on one to drive for a few days, and knew that we wanted it before we even got home. Ray sat us down Monday morning and made everything happen without ANY PRESSURE AT ALL. It was almost like stopping at a roadside stand to buy some fruit. He presented us with all the extras that was available for us to consider - some we bought, some we didn’t- but never was there any pressure, deadlines, intimidation, or anything else I had been dreading for the last few weeks. When our other car is ready to go, I will be going directly back to Hassz- too easy. Unbelievable company. More

Oil Change and Maintenance appointment Went in with my two little ones for my first oil change and tire rotation in my new Jeep. The experience was perfect from beginning to end. I was greeted with a smile, was given an explanation of what would take place, and was shown to my waiting area. I took a seat with the kids on the couches and they were able to watch cartoons while waiting. Soon after, we were checked on and offered coffee and soft baked cookies!!! What a treat for the kiddos!!! Everyone was so kind and so helpful!! My kids were even shown to a play area!!! The wait flew by and the service was excellent! Once again...a happy customer here!!
