Brought my car in for an oil change and to have them figure out the squeak that it was making. Tyler and the mechanic drove it around and determined where the squeak was coming from and fixed it. Clean facilities, personable staff. I always feel taken care of at this dealership. Usually prompt-with service, my car took two days to complete. Supposedly the cap needed for my 2009maxima was not immediately available. The cap in stock did fit properly, and the one they overnighted complete. Supposedly the cap needed for my 2009maxima was not immediately available. The cap in stock did fit properly, and the one they overnighted did not fit either. In addition my appt was scheduled for the 6th. But had been changed to the 7th . I don’t know if scheduling or lack of mechanics caused such long delay. Another customer was also composing about length of time for repair, as she had dropped her car off At 8am., and her car was not ready until 5pm. More
