Transmission still slips, unsure what needs to happen for it to be addressed. I never received the video of inspection. Asked for it the day I dropped it off, the following day when I came in when they told it to be addressed. I never received the video of inspection. There's no way that that 'Certified' pre-owned jeep was actually gone over. It came with a busted shock that they fixed when I brought it back. A week later I had to get a set of tires.
