We had a wonderful experience with Ed Martin Buick GMC. When we got there we were greeted excellently by Frank Krack in the lot and he was SO helpful. We got there at 5:30 and didn’t realize they closed at 6. He graciously offered to stay as long as we needed. He wasn’t pushing us at all so he could get off work at a decent time. They stayed WAY past closing hours to help us purchase our Yukon. One thing we appreciated SO much was they were not pushy or nagging. That’s a big deal for us when buying a new vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Ed Martin and their employees. Tyler Mclachlan in finance was a dream to work with also. He helped us make the right decisions and didn’t push us into anything we didn’t want. I encourage and would refer any & everyone to purchase with them!!!!! More
