Trash put in my car and preset stations changed! Before I get into the bad, the service managers seemed to care. They were so pleasant (Lisa and John). My car had been detailed days before the service and when I left the dealership I found a Holiday station store bag with a sandwhich wrapper (biscuit with sausage and cheese) and an empty Starbucks double shot espresso can shoved under my passanger seat. To top that off my preset stations were no more! Although the service manager tried to make it right, I will not be going back. In fact, I traded the car in for a Toyota. More
