For the second time in 18 months, my volume on the radio has gone up and down. It required an upgrade in the software system. Unfortunately, this did absolutely nothing to help the problem. It is not a Subaru or looser issue. They have an inferior audio vendor. In addition, The display for the audio and camera is ridiculous. You cannot see the LED screen during the day at all. I love my Subaru. But I would really think twice about buying another one unless this is fixed. This is my third Subaru. I would hope they would think through this a little bit better on future models. More

Routine service made easy High-five. I called the day before I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said "bring it by and we can work you in." They even High-five. Trash put in my car and preset stations changed! Before I get into the bad, the service managers seemed to care. They were so pleasant (Lisa and John). My car had been detailed days before the service and when I left the dealership I found a Holiday station store bag with a sandwhich wrapper (biscuit with sausage and cheese) and an empty Starbucks double shot espresso can shoved under my passanger seat. To top that off my preset stations were no more! Although the service manager tried to make it right, I will not be going back. In fact, I traded the car in for a Toyota. More
