Audio system is poor . For the second time in 18 months, my volume on the radio has gone up and down. It required an upgrade in the software system. Unfortunately, this d . For the second time in 18 months, my volume on the radio has gone up and down. It required an upgrade in the software system. Unfortunately, this did absolutely nothing to help the problem. It is not a Subaru or looser issue. They have an inferior audio vendor. In addition, The display for the audio and camera is ridiculous. You cannot see the LED screen during the day at all. I love my Subaru. But I would really think twice about buying another one unless this is fixed. This is my third Subaru. I would hope they would think through this a little bit better on future models. More

Great service I went in with the expection of repairing my outside mirror. I was greeted with a smile and they attended to me immediately. I was waiting for my serv I went in with the expection of repairing my outside mirror. I was greeted with a smile and they attended to me immediately. I was waiting for my service and was given an estimated time it would take. They actually came in under the time limit given. They kept me informed during my wait. I had wanted a car wash but he informed me it would be an hour wait. I didn’t want to wait that long. I was surprised that I wasn’t offered a car wash at Holiday stations like I had been given in the past. It was a satisfied visit. More

Fixed my issue with great service Had some initial speed bumps recreating the issue I was seeing, but once we did, they overnighted the part and got it fixed ahead of schedule. Routine service made easy High-five. I called the day before I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said "bring it by and we can work you in." They even High-five. I called the day before I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said "bring it by and we can work you in." They even gave me a loaner car. Drop-off was super easy. Pick-up was super easy even though closer to 9PM after a baseball game. Thanks Luther for making routine service super easy. More

Trash put in my car and preset stations changed! Before I get into the bad, the service managers seemed to care. They were so pleasant (Lisa and John). My car had been detailed days before the ser Before I get into the bad, the service managers seemed to care. They were so pleasant (Lisa and John). My car had been detailed days before the service and when I left the dealership I found a Holiday station store bag with a sandwhich wrapper (biscuit with sausage and cheese) and an empty Starbucks double shot espresso can shoved under my passanger seat. To top that off my preset stations were no more! Although the service manager tried to make it right, I will not be going back. In fact, I traded the car in for a Toyota. More
