HI Kamol, Thank you for contacting us in regards to your vehicle. We apologize that you feel frustrated. We did locate the noise on the third attempt and it appears that is coming from an issue that would need to be resolved at a bodyshop. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. The handbrake issues was never discussed with us until you were picking up your vehicle and we immediately scheduled you a time to come back on the 18th for diagnosis. Again we are very sorry for your frustration and hope to resolve the handbrake issue on the 18th to your satisfaction.
