There was nothing sleezy about the dealership, the salesperson, or the experience. Was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Also, It took 1 1/2 hours to trade my car, fill out and sign the paperwork and to drive a way in my new car. Most of the negotiating was done prior to the final visit to purchase the car. More

I was very pleased with my experience at Toyota of Cleveland. Tyler was very helpful; he didn't exert sales pressure , and he let us form our own opinions on vehicles. He was honestly the best sales person I have dealt with in my 46 years. The other employees, including the finance department were very easy to understand, and provided us with options (never pressuring us to choose one way or another). We were asked how our experinece was at the end of our transaction, which is a nice touch. We will be back to buy another vehicle in the summer!
