The entire process from selecting a car, to trade-in allowance and financing was performed in a way that created comfort and confidence in my selection to purchase from Jake Sweeney BMW. I then received expert guidance from their technology expert Tyler Schmitt as to all of the cars capabilities and I was left with the comfort that I can contact either Shaun or Tyler at any time with any questions or concerns. I am no stranger to this dealership; my family has been making purchases here for well over a decade. I remember coming here as a kid. In fact, several members of the team greeted us by name. I was in a bit of a time crunch on the day I signed my lease, and Greg and Mike were extremely considerate of my time and made everything really easy. I keep coming back because I know that Norm and Greg will always make what can be a dreadful ordeal a simple, pleasueful experience. In fact, I drive over a hundred miles to this particular dealership because I know what to expect. I'm highly satisfied and will definitely be back! More

He answered my questions about the car I was interested in before we even looked at. He had it ready to look at when we got there at night and explained everything. Tyler took us out on the test drive and was very informative and nice. Also was very good at explaining how the car works too. Jason had everything ready for the next day for when I came back to buy the. car. Tony went through all the financial stuff very well and very friendly too. I felt very comfortable and at ease buying a new car from them. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a BMW. More

An internet junkie, I bought a demo BMW 335d five years ago through the internet - and I still love it and buying it was, dare I say it, a very pleasa An internet junkie, I bought a demo BMW 335d five years ago through the internet - and I still love it and buying it was, dare I say it, a very pleasant experience! I drive it from Cincinnati to Dallas twice/year - I really look forward to the trips as the BMW is, indeed, fun to drive. So, it was natural that, when I decided to lose my 2010 RAV4 and get another SUV, I would turn back to Clay Moorehead at BMW of Cincinnati North and look at certified pre-owned X3s. When I learned that the X3 I wanted was sold, Clay helped me find one, even better, that clearly exceeded my expectations at a fair, affordable price point - what's not to like? Again, the purchasing experience was pleasant, straightforward, and very accommodating. Tony was very helpful getting the paperwork - and clearly explained the many warranty options available; I bought an extended warranty that I wanted. I really liked the delivery experience as well. Not to be forgotten, Tyler Schmidt is aptly placed to cheerfully explain (and explain again, if needed) the many new electronic features in this 2017 X3 that my 2011 335d didn't have. Although I've been in IT for 40 years, this X3 has a number of useful, new features I will want to use. I drove home - again - a very pleased customer. Thank you, BMW of Cin North! More

Stress Free Drove 2 Hrs. to visit this dealership because they had the best selection of BMW's in a 150 mile radius of our home. The drive was well worth it! We were greeted by Jason Maudlin and we told him what we were looking for and he brought the vehicle out front for us to test drive. He answered all of our questions, did not pressure us in any way and gave us our space to discuss things between ourselves. Tyler Schmidt was the Product Genius who went with us on our test drive and was very helpful in answering all of our questions that came up on our drive. Mike Donohue handled the paperwork and was very pleasant to deal with as well. Jason and Tyler stayed after hours to make sure we were well versed on all the functions of the vehicle before we left the dealership. They all treated us great and would highly recommend them. More
